Community Connection

Today’s interview is with Kathryn Willet, owner of Marble Mountain Textiles. Naturally, I could not resist my fabric buying impulses by the end of the interview. Kathryn has made a lovely craft area in her home and she makes wonderful hand-made items for sale. Che’usa and I had a peaceful and inspiring time with Kathryn in her creative, tranquil environment.

  • Scott Valley Christian Academy is having a fundraiser raffle for a Party Panda Balloon Ride. Tickets cost $20 for 1 or $50 for 3. The balloon fair is September 23-25th. The winning ticket is good for 1 balloon ride for two people, 1 party panda t-shirts and a post flight brunch celebration hosted by the pilots. The tickets will be drawn on 9/19, one ticket for each day of the balloon fair. Winners will be contacted.
