Help Scott Valley Girls Scouts raise money for fall and winter projects through the Annual Fall Nut and Magazine Sale! Just in time for holiday gifts and entertaining, girl scouts are selling tasty new dark chocolate mint penguins, blueberry pomegranate nut crunch, salsa mix, chocolate toffee almonds, your favorite print and digital magazines, and more from through November 21. You can also donate snacks to the food bank or military through our care to give program! watch for booths around town or to purchase from a troop near you, visit girlscoutsnorcal.org/gonuts. Bring your rifle (scopes adjusted to 12 power max)
Pistol: Open sites only
Black Powder: Open sites only
PLEASE HAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT SITED IN PRIOR TO START OF SHOOT.
Shoot: Running deer target, bench rest, free-style, standing at 50, 100 yards and 200 yard bench.
Shoot for: Bacon, hams, salami, cheese and turkeys.
ALL SHOOTS WILL BE SHOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH RIFLE CLASSES LISTED BELOW:
Hunter Rifle: Barrel muzzle OD less than 3/4 inch (can shoot hunter and target rifle).
Target Rifle: Barrel muzzle OD 3/4 inch or more (can shoot target rifle only).
Rim fire: 22 and 17 cal. Rim fire (can shoot rim fire and target rifle).
Black Powder: Shoot all classes
Running deer: Shoot any rifle or pistol

Judging for the horns will begin at 8 pm
Come sign up for the venison stew cookoff

Scott Valley Christmas Community Choir
The choir will perform several numbers at the Etna Fire Department Fundraiser on December 1.
- First group practice – Sunday, Oct. 28 at Etna LDS Chapel at 5 p.m.
- Second group practice – Sunday, Nov. 18 at Etna LDS Chapel at 5 p.m.
